A traditional survey process requires a tremendous amount of rework and sending survey teams back into the field to capture additional data. This can cause months of project delays and substantial increase to project costs. The Tridex survey process saves time and money by eliminating the need to re-survey a project site. This is because ALL terrain data is captured during the original project scan.

Desktop Surveying through Tridex follows this workflow.

  • Operations, sales and the customer create the scope of work document
  • Sales defines the project based on customer input and delivers it to Tridex operations.
  • A site survey is performed and a project timeline developed.
  • The work is scheduled and performed.
  • The post processing work is performed. (approximately one day of post processing is required for each day of scanning).
  • Any additional project work is performed. (3D models, RL3D Scenes, etc.).
  • The project is delivered to the customer.
